The closest full-service hotel to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, and other public transportation, and it is just a short stroll to the Potomac River Waterfront, where one can board boats for pleasant cruises that last from 1 to 3 hours. It is also where you can enjoy art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and shopping. Downtown D.C. will offer you the nation’s history as you visit the nearby museums, monuments, and memorials. The hotel also offers free shuttle every half an hour starting from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. to and from the Reagan National Airport.

We were very fortunate to obtain a fabulous conference room at the Holiday Inn Suites at prices that have allowed us to make the registration the most affordable in town. The area is one of the finest for a meeting of this nature. We are confident that everyone will enjoy networking and socializing with like minded people, and find this an energetic and productive conference.

Parking costs $25 per day, but parking in the surrounding streets is free in the week-ends. Less expensive parking is available in the surrounding area.
FOOD: All food served by the conference will be vegan, and we are planning to
include breakfast and lunch with the registration.
