Surrounded by the charm and history of Old Town yet convenient to the extensive shopping, dining and sightseeing options of Crystal City and Washington, DC, the Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria is a source of familiar, classic comfort. The closest full-service hotel to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, the hotel is also a short stroll to the Potomac River Waterfront where plenty of boat trips as well as dinner cruises are available, not to mention art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and shopping. Downtown DC, only a few minutes by metro, is where you will find free entrance to our nation’s history in the museums, monuments, and memorials. Hotel facilities include: heated pool, exercise room & more.

LODGING & FOOD
We were very fortunate to obtain the Sheraton Suites at prices that have allowed us to make the registration the most affordable in town. The area is one of the finest for a meeting of this nature. We are confident that everyone will enjoy networking and socializing with like minded people, and find this an energetic and productive conference.
ROOMS: We were able to negotiate a great room rate of $119 for 1 to 2 people & $139 for 3 people.
Tax + services are NOT included.
NOT JUST ROOMS: At Sheraton, all accommodations are suites. So, in addition to a spacious sleeping area, enjoy a combo study/living room area with 2nd TV, refrigerator, microwave and sink, where you can prepare your own breakfast and other light meals, if you wish.
PARKING: It costs $10 per day for registered conference attendees only. For all other hotel guests and visitors, parking costs are $22 per day. The hotel also offers free shuttle to and from the Metro and National Airport. The nearest metro is only 6 blocks away. The shuttle is also available gratis for hotel guests to and from the Old Town's harbor, the center of all activities such as bars, cafes, restaurants and boutiques.
INTERNET: It is complimentary in the lobby area where there is also complimentary printing.

BEDDING: All pillows, mattresses and blanquets are vegan!
FOOD: All food served by the conference will be vegan, and your registration includes 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, the reception on Friday, and the banquet dinner on Saturday. VIEW OUR MENU
Sheraton Suites is Pet Friendly!
Pets are welcome for a one time fee of $25 per stay, and they must be accompanied by owner at all times. Guests must sign Sheraton's pet policy upon check-in.
